We have an update from our Chairman, Jenny Evans.
There have been some questions about whether or not we will be selling dealer's room passes on the day of the convention, and we wanted to address that here on the website.
There will be no passes of any kind sold at the door for the 2012 convention. Regular member registration is closed, and we will not be selling day passes, vendor room passes, or full memberships at the door.
We're sorry if this causes any inconvenience. We discussed this at length during our meetings, and we understand that some other events do offer something like a limited pass or "dealer's room only" membership. Our chairman has made the executive decision to be as fair as possible to our supporting members. We are building a bigger and better convention for the future, but at this time we do not have the resources to provide a secure separate space for the dealers, so there is no way to create a separate "pass". Our special guests are also dealer's so we felt that anyone coming to see the guests should purchase a full membership and support our convention.
